At Triggers and Bows, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligible Returns
Most items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as they are:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In original packaging
Non-returnable items
For safety and regulatory reasons, ammunition, powder, and primers cannot be returned under any circumstances.
How to Start a Return
Simply contact our customer service team with your order details.
Triggers and Bows will provide a prepaid return label for all approved returns.
Condition Requirements
To qualify for a full refund, items must be in resellable condition.
Returns showing:
- Damaged or missing packaging
- Visible wear and tear, or use
- Any condition preventing resale may be subject to a 25% restocking fee or, in some cases, refusal of return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow standard processing times for your financial institution.
Shipping Policy
At Triggers and Bows, we work hard to ensure your order arrives quickly, safely, and accurately.
Order Processing
All orders are shipped within one (1) business day of receiving:
- Complete and correct customer information
- Required documentation (P.A.L. where applicable)
- Verified shipping address
- Successful payment confirmation
If any information is missing or incorrect, shipping may be delayed until the issue is resolved.
No Tax Sales
Unfortunately, despite extending NO TAX offers to customers, the government still require us to pay them the taxes. And because of this, our accountants are very adamant that the tax is properly paid.
Therefore, our solution to the problem is to reduce all NO TAX products by 11.5%. Now I know you’re asking… why would you reduce the amount by 11.5% if HST costs 13%? It’s all about when the % is calculated.
Example:
Say you want to buy a Thingy-majig for $100. If you were to pay 13% HST on this product, it would cost you $113.00.
However, if we were to take 13% off prior, the Thingy-majig would cost $87.
$87 + 13% = $98.31. Less than the original $100 Price.
But if we take the $100 Thingy-majig, and reduce the price by 11.5%, the Product is now $88.50.
$88.50 + 13% = $100.
Thus… Retail Minus 11.5% plus 13% HST equals the same amount as Retail with no taxes charged. And our accountants and… most importantly, CRA, remain happy.

Tracking Information
A tracking number will be emailed to you on the day your order leaves our facility.
Shipping Insurance Options
Insured Shipping (Recommended) Customers who select insured shipping at checkout are fully protected. Triggers and Bows will cover all losses, missing shipments, or damages that occur during transit.
Non-Insured Shipping If you choose the non-insured option:
- Orders are not covered by Triggers and Bows for loss, damage, or missing packages.
- Responsibility for any shipping issues rests solely with the customer.
Additional Notes
We cannot guarantee delivery dates once the carrier has accepted the package.
